All members have the right to expect that only brokers of the highest quality and integrity will share their lender panel and systems. This is particularly important as lenders are placing increasing emphasis on conversion ratios and submission quality.

Sourcing quality brokers for an independent mortgage broker business can be time consuming and expensive. At ORIGENCE, we will provide a great deal of support in this area. We have ongoing advertising programs to attract potential brokers who will be referred to interested members. We will also play an important role in the interviewing and selection process, then the training and accreditation as well.
